YogaShoot-2-7100-DSC_0210Classes are mixed ability Hatha (classical) yoga and adult classes are suitable for anyone over 16 who is new to yoga, and also for more experienced students.  Classes involve a combination of held (static) postures and dynamic (or moving) postures and sequences and I include modifications and adaptations to ensure everyone can participate fully and enjoy themselves. All classes involve a warm up period before moving into key postures, and then conclude with closing postures, breathing exercises (pranayama) and a final relaxation. There is a maximum of 14 students in each class to ensure everyone feels fully included.

Everyone comes to yoga with different physical and emotional needs and expectations. I ask all new students to complete a confidential health questionnaire so I can ensure your yoga practice is safe, fulfilling and fun.
