Due to the situation with COVID-19, I am currently teaching Audio classes which can be accessed via my website. Please get in touch if you would like to join in.
Classes are mixed ability Hatha (classical) yoga and adult classes are suitable for anyone over 16 who is new to yoga and also for more experienced students. Classes involve a combination of held (static) postures and dynamic (or moving) postures and sequences and I include modifications and adaptations to ensure everyone can participate fully and enjoy themselves. All classes involve a warm up period before moving into key postures, and then conclude with closing postures, breathing exercises (pranayama) and a final relaxation. There is a maximum of 14 students in each class to ensure everyone feels fully included.
Everyone comes to yoga with different physical and emotional needs and expectations. I ask all new students to complete a confidential health questionnaire so I can ensure your yoga practice is safe, fulfilling and fun.
